Yesterday defendants Pope Francis Bergoglio, Catholic
Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon and Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby
were found guilty of rape, torture, murder and trafficking of children. Five
judges of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels determined
that the crimes occurred as recently as 2010. Since last March over 48
eyewitnesses have come forward to testify before this ICLCJ Court about
the defendants’ activities as members of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child
Sacrifice Cult.
The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult was said to do child sacrifices at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, Scotland, London, Carnarvon Castle in Wales, an undisclosed French Chateau in Holland and at Canadian Catholic and Anglican Indian residential schools in Kamloops, British Columbia and Brantford, Ontario Canada. The Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult was believed to use privately owned forest groves in the US, Canada, France and Holland for their “Human Hunting Parties” for global elites including members of European royal families. Teens were said to be obtained by the mafia, then stripped naked, raped, hunted down and killed.

Two adolescent women told the ICLCJ Court that Pope Francis raped them while participating in child sacrifices. Eight other eyewitnesses confirmed their allegations of being witness to rape and child sacrifices. The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult were said to take place during the Springs of 2009 and 2010 in rural Holland and Belgium.
Pope Francis was also found to be a perpetrator in satanic child sacrifice rites while acting as an Argentine priest and Bishop according to a sealed document obtained from the Vatican archives. A second record dated Dec. 25 1967 called the Magisterial Privilege was said to show that every new Pope was required to participate in Ninth Circle Satanic Cult ritual sacrifices of newborn children, including drinking their blood. The documents were presented to the ICLCJ Court by a prominent Vatican official and a former Vatican Curia employee.
Last month an investigator for the Irish Garda Police Force testified before the five judges and 27 jury members that marks on the bones of nearly 796 children found in an Irish Roman Catholic Nun septic tank indicated they had been ritually killed. The witness testified that forensic experts had confirmed the decapitation and dismemberment of the babies in the mass grave resembled the usual signs of ritualistic murder or child sacrifice.
A BBC documentary exposed a fifty-year scandal of child trafficking by the Catholic church in Spain. Over 300,000 babies were stolen from their parents up to the 1990s. Mothers were told their babies died and were buried in mass graves. The Catholic Church was said to have made $20 billion dollars on the adoptions.
Another witness testified that they were present during Pope Francis’ meetings with the military Junta during Argentine’s 1970′s Dirty War. According to the witness, Pope Francis helped traffic 30,000 children of missing political prisoners into an international child exploitation ring run by an office at the Vatican.
An ABC News special hinted that the devil resided at the Vatican. “Documents from Vatican secret archives presented to court clearly indicate that for centuries the Jesuits had a premeditated plan to ritually murder kidnapped newborn babies and then consume their blood,” the ICLCJ Court Chief Prosecutor told the five international judges and 27 jury members.
“The plan was born of
a twisted notion to derive spiritual power from the lifeblood of the innocent,
thereby assuring political stability of the Papacy in Rome. These acts are not
only genocidal but systemic and institutionalized in nature. Since at least
1773, they appear to have been performed by the Roman Catholic Church, Jesuits
and every Pope.”
An ongoing and permanent inquiry was organized to investigate and prosecute others involved in possible crimes uncovered at the ICLCJ Court. On September 1 2014 an inquiry was scheduled to begin entitled the Permanent Commission into Child Trafficking and Ritual Sacrifice. Further litigation was expected to follow.
The 48 eyewitnesses identified their perpetrators as Catholic Popes Francis Bergoglio, John Paul II and Joseph Ratzinger; Anglican, United Church of Canada and Catholic Church officials including Cardinals and Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon; the UK’s Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and High Court Justice Judge Fulford; in the Netherlands: Dutch and Belgian cardinals and royals including Dutch Crown Prince Alfrink Bernhard, King Hendrick, consort to Queen Wilhelmina of Holland, Queen Beatrix, her father and vice-Roy, Prince Johan Friso and his wife Mabel Wisse Smit, former ministers, the top man of the Dutch army force and the under secretary of the Raad van State; officials of the Canadian, Australian, UK and US military and governments including the USA’s CIA, plus prominent government ministers, judges, politicians and businessmen of the US, Belgium, Holland, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland and the UK.
Arrest warrants on People v. Bergoglio et all were issued
on July 19 2014. Court records would remain sealed for now according to
yesterday’s ITCCS press release. The first ICLCJ Court regarded 50,000 missing
Canadian native children. The court ended in Feb. 2013 guilty verdicts for
40 global elites including Queen Elizabeth.
The 50,000 native children went missing from those
Canadian and mainly Catholic-owned residential schools. Over 34 child mass
grave sites have been identified at some of those 80 native residential
schools across Canada. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the Canadian Government
have continuously refused ITCCS’s requests for excavation.

down from his office because of his public prosecution for child trafficking
and murder, one of his fellow defendants has just done so.
Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Nicolas Pachon, [also known as the Black Pope], announced suddenly this week that he will resign from his office at the next General Congress of the Jesuits.
Along with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Bergoglio and Pachon are primary defendants in an historic criminal lawsuit being conducted by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels that commenced on April 7, 2014

In a statement generally unreported by the world media, Pachon announced on May 20 that he was stepping down from his office without giving a reason.
The Italian TV news agency Rome Reports called Pachon’s resignation “unusual… for one of the leading prelates in the church”.
Pachon is the third top Vatican official to resign while in office after being prosecuted by the ICLCJ (The International Common Law Court of Justice ) for crimes against humanity. Former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, abdicated on February 11, 2013, barely two weeks before the ICLCJ jury found him guilty of complicity in child trafficking and murder.

The Prosecutor has spent the past three days presenting affidavits or videotaped statements from sixteen (16) witnesses from Canada, the United States of America, England and Holland. These witnesses’ statements and evidence address the complicity of the Defendants or their agents in the sexual and financial trafficking and the ritual rape, torture and murder of children in these countries.

Here are some details from the Prosecution’s case
evidence:
The Prosecution’s evidence falls into three
categories: Institutional Genocide, Child Sacrifice and Ritual Killing, and
Child Trafficking. Each of these will be addressed by the witnesses and
corroborating material.
The sixteen witnesses in this first round of evidence have direct, firsthand experience and knowledge of the role of the Defendants and their agents in all of these crimes, including in the so-called NINTH CIRCLE child sacrificial cult. Besides participants in this cult and survivors of government experimental programs, these witnesses include former officials of the Roman Catholic and Anglican churches, retired and serving policemen, indigenous elders, a retired senior politician from England, an operative of the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS), and a former civil servant in the Argentine military junta.
The Prosecution has also received an affidavit from Rev. Kevin Annett, ITCCS Field Secretary, that connects his own victimization by church and state in Canada with his discovery of the activity of NINTH CIRCLE members at Indian residential schools across Canada, and with the continued murder of indigenous women and children by this Circle on the west coast of Canada. Rev. Annett will appear in Court next week, sometime after April 14, to be examined by the Prosecution and present further evidence.
Former NINTH CIRCLE participants whose evidence was presented in Court last Tuesday, April 8 testify that Cree Indians in northern Canada are being continually targeted by the Circle for torture and murder because of the valuable uranium resources on their lands which are coveted by the United States military and corporations associated with the NINTH CIRCLE and their adherents within both the American and Canadian governments. The names of prominent Canadian and American politicians and corporate officials who engage in these Circle ritual killings have been named in Court and entered into the evidence record.
The NINTH CIRCLE began at least three centuries ago in the Vatican but has expanded to embrace local satanic child sacrifice cults across Europe and the Americas. Thanks to Catholic pressure, the Circle affiliated strongly with Nazi cultic groups that had close ties with the Waffen S.S. during the 1930′s and ’40′s, including the so-called KNIGHTS OF DARKNESS, whose members included former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger. Many of these members continued their murderous acts against children after World War Two, especially in Canada. Testimony was received from the sole survivor of a Knights of Darkness cult at the former Royal Canadian Air Force Base known as Lincoln Park in Calgary, Alberta. The Witness observed the ritual torture and killing of twenty abducted children by a former SS doctor and three other “Knights” working under cover as Canadian military personnel, between the years 1956 and 1958. Records of the SS doctor codenamed “Major Bob Armstrong” (SS number “091374 SS”) have been confirmed by Canadian government documents obtained by the Court from a former official of the Canadian Military Intelligence Agency, the NIS.
Other witnesses to NINTH CIRCLE cults confirm the presence of British Royal Family members MOUNTBATTEN and PRINCE PHILIP at these child sacrifices, whose presence was concealed by defendant WELBY. Jesuit officers including defendants PACHON and BERGOGLIO were also present at the same rituals at Carnarvon Castle in Wales and at an undisclosed French Chateau, during the 1980′s and 1990′s. Similar sacrifices were conducted at Catholic and Anglican Indian residential schools in Kamloops, British Columbia and Brantford, Ontario during the 1960′s and earlier, according to statements from living and deceased indigenous eyewitnesses.
A massive child trafficking network operating through official Roman Catholic adoption, “planned parenthood” and foster care agencies was described by a witness with inside knowledge of this network and its coordination through a special office at the Vatican. This office siphons children into NINTH CIRCLE cultic activity and child sexual trafficking networks around the world, according to another witness, a former employee of the Curia in Rome.
An eyewitness to the personal involvement of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, in such child trafficking in Argentina during the reign of the military Junta has presented his affidavit to the Court. He is a former civil servant with the Junta and is in protected custody in Spain. He will appear before the Court to corroborate his statement.

International Common Law Court’s case against Pope Francis and others revealed

As the third session resumes in the Court’s
historic case into child trafficking and cult murder, the Prosecutor today
introduced remarkable new evidence that names the identities of top Ninth
Circle cult members. The same evidence also positively identifies when and
where some of the Ninth Circle rituals are being conducted, involving the
routine rape, torture and murder of children and newborn babies.
“Senior
Ninth Circle members include Jorge Bergoglio and Joseph Ratzinger, so-called
popes of the Church of Rome, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, two British
High Court judges, at least one Catholic bishop in Canada, senior government
ministers in Belgium and England, and members of the British, Dutch and Belgian
royal families” stated a news release from the Prosecutor’s Office
today.
“The most recent gatherings of the Ninth Circle
occurred in the crypt of Caernarfon Castle in Wales, and within a subterranean
vault beneath Marie-Reine-du-Monde Roman Catholic cathedral in Montreal,
Canada. At least two of the primary defendants were identified at these recent
gatherings, where children under five years of age were ritually killed. The
next major conclave of the Ninth Circle at the Montreal cathedral, at 1085 Rue
de la Cathédrale, is scheduled for August 15, 2014.”
In response to this startling evidence, the five Court judges
adjourned the trial proceedings today to allow the Prosecutor’s Office to issue
a call for special deputies to take immediate action to stop the murderous
rituals of the Ninth Circle.
As Kevin Annett, special assistant to the Prosecutor,
describes,
“I was awoken after midnight by a call from Brussels, alerting me to the Prosecution’s demand that Special Deputies be immediately sworn and prepared to take direct action to stop the Ninth Circle’s murder of children. So I’ve instructed all thirty nine of our local chartered common law groups to do exactly that.
We want the men and women who are now being trained as our police force to realize that children are dying horribly as we speak. Protecting those children will be the first job of our trained sheriffs. They will be detaining and incarcerating the guilty. And they will be deputizing other men and women to form Direct Action Units to enforce the standing arrest warrants against criminals like Joseph Ratzinger and Elizabeth Windsor. We can only protect our children by tracking down and stopping those who are raping and killing them, starting with the sick monsters known as the Ninth Circle.”
Offers to assist in such direct action against the Ninth
Circle have already been received from policemen and politicians in Europe, and
local sheriffs and active service marshals and soldiers in America.

officers of the Church of Rome and of England, along with their accomplices and
other criminals;
2. The seizure and public expropriation of the property and
assets of these churches, and their re-establishment as public space serving
the community, and
3. The re-consecration of these former churches as entirely
congregational, self-governing bodies under public, common law authority.

and to the work of the Court”

Recent evidence submitted by Kevin Annett to the
proceedings against Pope Francis and others documents the murderous actions of

testify before the Court during its second round of sessions in early May to
corroborate witnesses’ testimonies from his own work and experience.
6 A prominent Vatican official initiates back channel
communication with the Court and offers key evidence, as Magistrates consider
extending closed Court sessions during May.
The Details:
Following eight days of Court procedure and the
commencement of the Citizen Prosecutor’s case against the three chief
defendants, the first Common Law adjudication of evidence concerning global
child trafficking has adjourned for two weeks, until 10 am GMT on Monday, May
5, 2014.
Along with considerable documentation, the Prosecutor
introduced notarized affidavit statements from eight eyewitnesses to these
crimes, including videotaped interviews with two adolescent women who claim to
have been tortured and raped by chief defendant Jorge Bergoglio, alias “Pope
Francis”, during the spring of 2009 and 2010, at horrific cult functions
connected to the “Ninth Circle” child sacrifice network.
“Survivors of these rituals describe newborn babies being
chopped to pieces on stone altars, and their remains were then consumed by the
participants” described the Chief Prosecutor to the Court.
“The survivors during the 1960′s period were forced to rape
and mutilate other children, and then cut their throats with ceremonial
daggers. Former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, Dutch Cardinal Alfrink, and
Prince Bernhard were among the cult participants, according to these survivors.
But significantly, the more recent incidents in 2009 and 2010 involved exactly
the same kinds of ritualized murder of newborn infants in rural Holland and
Belgium.”
Other witnesses described their personal knowledge of efforts
by the defendants to conceal the involvement of not only the Catholic and
Anglican church, but the British, Belgian and Dutch royal families, in the
ritual killing of Mohawk Indian children at the Brantford residential school in
Ontario, Canada.
As part of the Prosecutor’s corroborating evidence, secret
archives from the Jesuit Order were introduced into the Court record that
describe in detail the so-called “Magisterial Privilege” compelling the
participation of every new Pope in the Ninth Circle sacrifice of new born
children.
The records suggest that the Ninth Circle was established
by the Jesuits just prior to their staged “disbandment” in 1773 and their
establishment three years later of the so-called Illuminati cult, although
references are also made to organized child sacrifice rituals at Catholic
cathedrals in Rome as early as the year 1528.
The Chief Prosecutor told the Court,
“These archives clearly indicate a premeditated plan for
centuries by the Jesuits to ritually murder kidnapped newborn babies and then
consume their blood, born of a twisted notion of deriving spiritual power from
the lifeblood of the innocent and thereby assuring the political stability of
the Papacy in Rome. Every Pope was expected to and did in fact participate in
these monstrous rituals … These acts are not only genocidal but systemic and
institutionalized in nature, and indict the Roman Catholic Church and the
Jesuits as a whole, and every Pope since at least in the year 1773.”
The latter practice was a common Jesuit undertaking in
Spain, Argentina and other fascist regimes, and one implicating chief defendant
Jorge Bergoglio while he was a priest, Bishop and front man for the military
junta in Argentina during the 1970′s.
ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett is scheduled to appear
as a witness during the second session of the Court commencing Monday, May 5.
Annett will provide thorough corroborating evidence and personal testimony to
support the Prosecutor’s case and the evidence concerning the Brantford
killings, gained over twenty years’ work with residential school survivors in
Canada, including during his targeted persecution by church and state.

Meanwhile, in startling related news, a senior Vatican
official initiated a back channel communication with the Court last week in
order to offer key evidence to the Prosecutor’s Office concerning its case
against the chief defendants.
The Vatican official has requested strict anonymity and
security, prompting the Court Magistrates to consider extending the closed
sessions of the Court during its next round in May.
Finally, this Easter Sunday, April 20, the Court and its
affiliates in twenty one countries will issue a Public Proclamation to be read
at Catholic churches in Rome and dozens of other cities.
Rev. Kevin Annett will lead a public ceremony of “Exorcism
and Replacement” at a central Catholic facility on that day, and similar
ceremonies will be held at the Vatican and at many other catholic churches.

Summary:
The common law trial in absentia of the three top officials
of the Vatican and the Church of England – Jorge Bergoglio, Adolfo Pachon and
Justin Welby – began last Monday, April 7 with the opening arguments of the
Citizen Prosecutor. The Court convened in closed session under tight security,
presided by five Magistrates and a complete Court room staff, along with twenty
seven sworn Jury members.
The Prosecutor has spent the past three days presenting
affidavits or videotaped statements from sixteen (16) witnesses from Canada,
the United States of America, England and Holland. These witnesses’ statements
and evidence address the complicity of the Defendants or their agents in the
sexual and financial trafficking and the ritual rape, torture and murder of
children in these countries.
The Prosecution will be calling upon the first of these
witnesses to be present in Court for examination and questioning commencing the
week of Monday, April 14, when the Special Assistant to the Prosecutor,
Reverend Kevin Annett, will also be present in Court to give testimony and
assistance.
Here are some details from the Prosecution’s case evidence:
The Prosecution’s evidence falls into three categories:
Institutional Genocide, Child Sacrifice and Ritual Killing, and Child
Trafficking. Each of these will be addressed by the witnesses and corroborating
material.
Besides participants in this cult and survivors of
government experimental programs, these witnesses include former officials of
the Roman Catholic and Anglican churches, retired and serving policemen,
indigenous elders, a retired senior politician from England, an operative of
the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS), and a former civil
servant in the Argentine military junta.
The Prosecution has also received an affidavit from Rev.
Kevin Annett, ITCCS Field Secretary, that connects his own victimization by
church and state in Canada with his discovery of the activity of NINTH CIRCLE
members at Indian residential schools across Canada, and with the continued
murder of indigenous women and children by this Circle on the west coast of
Canada. Rev. Annett will appear in Court next week, sometime after April 14, to
be examined by the Prosecution and present further evidence.
Former NINTH CIRCLE participants whose evidence was
presented in Court last Tuesday, April 8 testify that Cree Indians in northern
Canada are being continually targeted by the Circle for torture and murder
because of the valuable uranium resources on their lands which are coveted by
the United States military and corporations associated with the NINTH CIRCLE
and their adherents within both the American and Canadian governments. The
names of prominent Canadian and American politicians and corporate officials
who engage in these Circle ritual killings have been named in Court and entered
into the evidence record.
The NINTH CIRCLE began at least three centuries ago in the
Vatican but has expanded to embrace local satanic child sacrifice cults across
Europe and the Americas. Thanks to Catholic pressure, the Circle affiliated
strongly with Nazi cultic groups that had close ties with the Waffen S.S. during
the 1930′s and ’40′s, including the so-called KNIGHTS OF DARKNESS, whose
members included former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger.
Many of these members continued their murderous acts
against children after World War Two, especially in Canada. Testimony was
received from the sole survivor of a Knights of Darkness cult at the former
Royal Canadian Air Force Base known as Lincoln Park in Calgary, Alberta. The
Witness observed the ritual torture and killing of twenty abducted children by
a former SS doctor and three other “Knights” working under cover as Canadian
military personnel, between the years 1956 and 1958. Records of the SS doctor
codenamed “Major Bob Armstrong” (SS number “091374 SS”) have been confirmed by
Canadian government documents obtained by the Court from a former official of
the Canadian Military Intelligence Agency, the NIS.
Other witnesses to NINTH CIRCLE cults confirm the presence
of British Royal Family members MOUNTBATTEN and PRINCE PHILIP at these child
sacrifices, whose presence was concealed by defendant WELBY. Jesuit officers
including defendants PACHON and BERGOGLIO were also present at the same rituals
at Carnarvon Castle in Wales and at an undisclosed French Chateau, during the
1980′s and 1990′s. Similar sacrifices were conducted at Catholic and Anglican
Indian residential schools in Kamloops, British Columbia and Brantford, Ontario
during the 1960′s and earlier, according to statements from living and deceased
indigenous eyewitnesses.
An eyewitness to the personal involvement of Pope Francis,
Jorge Bergoglio, in such child trafficking in Argentina during the reign of the
military Junta has presented his affidavit to the Court. He is a former civil
servant with the Junta and is in protected custody in Spain. He will appear
before the Court to corroborate his statement.

(due to security reasons) of the prosecution of Pope Francis and others for
child trafficking and murder, the Public Information Agency of the Prosecutor’s
Office announced today that the Court will be issuing a binding legal
Proclamation of enormous global and historic significance on Easter Sunday,
April 20, 2014.

Today, two duly appointed sheriffs of our Office attempted
to enforce the standing Citizen Arrest Warrant (ICLCJ Court Order No.
02252013-004, Dated 4 March, 2013) against Elizabeth Windsor aka Queen
Elizabeth II during her presence in Rome, and bring her into custody as a
convicted felon and a fugitive from justice.
Their report is filed with our Office, and reads as
follows:
“I, Domingo Santori, accompanied by Carlo Freschi, attempted to apprehend Elizabeth Windsor and place her under arrest as a convicted criminal, in accordance with the Brussels Court Order of March 4, 2013.
At about
11:50 am today Rome time we approached the reported site of her meeting with
President Napolitano at the Presidential Palace in Rome and discovered from a
Palace official that the meeting had been moved to an undisclosed location. The
lack of any security at the Palace that day seemed to confirm his statement. We
then intended to apprehend Windsor later when she met with Pope Francis at the
Domus Sanctae Marthae near to the Vatican.
Upon reaching the Domus at 1:05 pm, we were met by a sizable security force consisting of members of the National Police but no members of Vatican Security, which was highly unusual. It is our impression that the National Police knew of our intention and were waiting for us.
We
presented the Arrest Warrant to the Captain in charge of the National Police
and informed him of our intent to enforce the Court Order and asked for his
assistance in this legal procedure. The Captain would not agree to do so and
refused to identify himself. He told us we would be placed under arrest if we
tried to perform the arrest or “threaten the Pope” in any way. Several
policemen then seized our video camera and roughly escorted us from the area.
Our camera was not returned to us. We have lodged a formal complaint with the
National Police.
It is
clear to us that the Italian government is actively colluding in protecting the
convicted criminal Elizabeth Windsor. We recommend that greater force be
employed by us in the future and that we rely on better intelligence on the
movements of those to be arrested or served. We also ask the Court to issue a
formal note of protest to the Italian government for its actions today and that
the Court attempt to deputize local police forces to help us.
On a
final note of interest, we were told by one of the policemen at the Domus who
assaulted us that ‘You guys are just wasting your time anyway, Il Papa (the
Pope) isn’t even in there.’ We are not convinced that the alleged meetings
between Elizabeth Windsor and the Pope and the President actually took place in
the manner described in the world media. The absence of any Vatican Security at
the Domus that day was noticeable and unusual, since it is considered Vatican
property.
We have
also noted the cover story being circulated in the world media today that Pope
Francis met with Elizabeth Windsor at the Vatican. We know this to be false and
that their actual meeting occurred in an undisclosed location after they
initially met at the Domus, which is the so-called ‘Pope’s’ private residence.”

Jorge Bergoglio (aka “Pope Francis”), Adolfo Pachon (Jesuit
Superior General) and Justin Welby (Archbishop of Canterbury) will stand trial
in absentia on Monday, April 7 after refusing to challenge or deny the criminal
charges made against them in the Trial Division of the Common Law Court of
Justice in Brussels.
The Prosecutor’s Office will commence its case against
these three chief defendants on that day and will present evidence linking them
to the trafficking, torture and death of children, and to the concealment of
these crimes.
The Court has delayed the opening of the trial by one week,
from its original commencement on March 31, after it received confirmation that
a covert operations team has been dispatched by the Vatican to disrupt and
destroy the work of the Court. The team consists of paid agents of the
so-called “Holy Alliance”, the Jesuit-run spying and assassination agency
responsible for the silencing and murder of papal opponents.

The Office of the Chief Prosecutor (OCP) has compiled its
evidence against the primary defendants BERGOGLIO, PACHON and WELBY, and filed
its primary documentation with the Court. Our arguments to the Court will
commence Monday, 7 April at 10 am.
The OCP has found considerable evidence linking the
defendants with the operation and protection of a global child trafficking
network involving the routine and systematic kidnapping, rape, torture and
sacrificial murder of newborn infants and children up to age fourteen.
The documented ring known as the NINTH CIRCLE involving the
defendants and former Popes JOHN PAUL II and BENEDICT is one manifestation of
this network.
The CIRCLE operates according to a canon law statute
designated as THE MAGISTERIAL PRIVILEGE, which is filed within the sealed
archives of the Vatican library. An obtained copy of this statute is entered as
evidence by the OCP.
The OCP has documented one such operation at the former
Church of England / Jesuit run MOHAWK INDIAN RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL in Brantford,
Ontario, Canada. The routine rape, torture and sacrificial killing of
aboriginal children associated with the Mohawk Confederacy began with the
opening of this facility in 1832 and continues to the present day in
sub-basement vaults. This fact has been established from forensic remains from
a mass grave near to the school, eyewitness testimonies, para-psychological
evidence and documentation from secret archives of the Church of England in
London, Ontario (the so-called closed “G 12” collection of the Anglican Huron
Diocese under Bishop Bob Bennett).
Former Anglican church researcher LEONA MOSES has also confirmed
these facts personally to Kevin Annett and Mohawk elder Cheryl Squire at a
private interview in October 2011. (see the evidence from ICLCJ case

Primary defendant WELBY, acting as Archbishop of Canterbury
and under the direction of convicted felon ELIZABETH WINDSOR (aka “Queen of
England”), ordered the destruction of these archives and any forensic remains
of the murdered children in January of 2012, in a private communique to
Anglican Primate Fred Hiltz in Toronto.
WELBY’s order was prompted in part by ELIZABETH WINDSOR’S
direct involvement in the kidnapping and death of aboriginal children in Canada
and the regular participation of Royal Family members in NINTH CIRCLE rituals
at the Mohawk school in Brantford.
Both of these sources agree on seeing nine figures in red
robes gathered about an altar in a sub-basement catacomb under the west wing of
the Mohawk Indian school.
A young Mohawk girl aged five or six was bound and gagged
on the altar, repeatedly raped by all participants, and then killed and
disemboweled and dismembered with a ceremonial knife, and her blood was
consumed by the nine. The remains of the corpse were then burned and buried in
secret in the woods immediately west of the school building.
In October, 2011, excavations commenced by Mohawk elders on
the grounds of the same site adjacent to the school revealed numerous buttons
from the uniform of female students at the school, burnt pieces of clothing,
and bones that had been cut up in sections.
Subsequently, two of these bone fragments were positively
identified as being those of a small child by Ontario forensic examiner Greg
Olson and archaeologist Kris Nahrgang, as well as by senior forensic
pathologist Dr. Donald Ortner of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.
(Ortner died of undisclosed causes shortly afterwards).
Jesuit involvement in the NINTH CIRCLE rituals at the
Mohawk school is confirmed in correspondence from school Principals as far back
as 1922. Similar Jesuit sacrificial rituals involving small children and newborns
at Catholic Indian schools in South Dakota and Omak, Washington are attested by
eyewitness Clarita Vargas in an affidavit entered into our docket material.

New evidence now
suggests that Joseph Ratzinger still has a hand in the power structure at the
Vatican. Joseph Ratzinger along with others are named as members of a child
abuse cult as new evidence will be sited at the International Common Law Court
of Justice in Brussel this month.
Brussels and Rome:
After being publicly charged with child trafficking and
criminal conspiracy on March 4 and served a Public Summons, the head officers
of the Vatican, the Jesuits, and the Church of England have refused to deny or
contest the charges and will therefore face criminal prosecution commencing
March 31.
The announcement came today as the deadline to respond to a
Common Law Court Summons lapsed on Tuesday without any communication from the
primary defendants: Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, Jesuit Superior General
Adolfo Pachon, and Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
“Their silence is very telling and extremely important
legally” said Court Secretary George Dufort from Brussels.
“Our Prosecutor’s Office has the power now to proceed with
its case and waive the normal examination procedure, since the defendants are
not disputing the charges and are thereby tacitly admitting their guilt. The
Court Magistrates will enter a plea of nolo contendere by the defendants into
the court record and have every right to rule against them in their absence.”
This startling development occurred as even more shocking
news surfaced today in Rome that the allegedly former Pope Benedict, Joseph
Ratzinger, actually retains power at the Vatican, and that since at least 1962
has been a member of a child abuse cult known as the Corona Novem, or The Ninth
Circle (or Crown).
Francesco Zanardi of the ITCCS affiliate Rete L’Abuso in
Savona, Italy said in an interview last week,
“We know
from several Cardinals that Pope Francis is a caretaker figurehead who is not
actually the Pope. It’s all been a huge deception. Francis doesn’t wear the
papal ring and lives in a convent in Rome, not in the Vatican. He is given no
official security and wanders about like a private individual. And he makes
policy statements which the Curia of Cardinals then disavow, saying Francis
doesn’t reflect church doctrine. And all the top appointments have been Germans
or those connected to Ratzinger, who continues to speak to reporters like he’s
still the Pope.”
Meanwhile, a former member of a child abuse cult known as
The Ninth Circle has stated in a deposition that Joseph Ratzinger has been a
member of the Circle since at least 1962, and as such has routinely
participated in the ritual rape, torture and killing of children.
“The
witness claim to have seen both former Pope John Paul the Second, Karol Wotyja,
and Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, participate at Ninth Circle rituals held
at Catholic cathedrals and a forest grove in France” said
George Dufort of the Common Law court.
This recent statement confirms the account of such a ritual
involving Ratzinger made by Dutch eyewitness Toss Niejenhuis last year (see
www.itccs.org, May 8).
The Court has also received evidence that the Ninth Circle
cult is referred to in Vatican documents which describe how the participation
of every new Pope in the Ninth Circle cult is mandatory for their assumption of
office. The alleged documents refer to the cultic rituals as “The Magisterial
Privilege” that involves the ceremonial killing of newborn children and the
consumption of their blood at Circle rituals.
The alleged document is translated from Latin and is dated
December 25, 1967. This new evidence has been entered into the case records of
the Citizen Prosecutors Office of the Court.

Member of Parliament Beaten and Arrested for collecting Signatures

Belgian Member of Parliament Laurent Louis who has exposed
a high level of child trafficking and has publically indorsed the work of the
International Tribunal into crimes of Church and state was peacefully
collecting signatures for his upcoming re-election bid. As he was doing so he
was assaulted and arrested by his own police force on Saturday, March 8th,
without reasonable cause. Six hours later he was let go from jail. Laurent
Louis is pressing charges against the police responsible.
The unprovoked attack on MP Laurent Louis is a strong
message to democracy and to all of us. We will not let child killers destroy
their accusers like this. We will provide security to brave fighters like
Monsieur Louis and Kevin Annett so this cannot happen again an official

His work is stirring up a pandora’s box, and at the
beginning of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels, this
month hearing charges against top officials as noted by The Examiner,
“Evidence linking Queen Elizabeth to the deaths of ten
children appears to have been destroyed on orders of the Archbishop of
Canterbury Justin Welby”

a source at Canadian Primate Fred Hiltz’s office.
“My source said Hiltz did as ordered and destroyed the
evidence. They said Welby made the call to Hiltz in early 2012 right after he

Arrest the Child Traffickers! Protest to
confront Pope Francis, Queen Elizabeth on April 3 in Rome
In a repeat of the massive “Protest the Pope” march that
brought 20,000 people into the streets of London in September, 2010, activists
from around the world will converge on Rome on Thursday, April 3 to stop a
planned meeting between convicted felon Elizabeth Windsor and Pope Francis,
Jorge Bergoglio.
“These heads of church and state are guilty of child
trafficking and murder. We won’t let them harm any more children, anywhere, and
I don’t care how much protection they’ve got” said Fernando R., an Italian
organizer of the action.

Up to 300,000 Spanish babies were stolen from their parents
and sold for adoption over a period of five decades, a new investigation
reveals.
The children were trafficked by a secret network of
doctors, nurses, priests and nuns in a widespread practice that began during
General Franco’s dictatorship and continued until the early Nineties.
Hundreds of families who had babies taken from
Spanish hospitals are now battling for an official government investigation
into the scandal.  | ||

Several mothers say they were told their first-born
children had died during or soon after they gave birth.
But the women, often young and unmarried, were told they
could not see the body of the infant or attend their burial.
In reality, the babies were sold to childless couples whose
devout beliefs and financial security meant that they were seen as more
appropriate parents.
Official documents were forged so the adoptive parents’
names were on the infants’ birth certificates.
In many cases it is believed they were unaware that the
child they received had been stolen, as they were usually told the birth mother
had given them up.
Journalist Katya Adler, who has investigated the scandal,
says: ‘The situation is incredibly sad for thousands of people.

Experts believe the cases may account for up to 15 per cent
of the total adoptions that took place in Spain between 1960 and 1989.
It began as a system
for taking children away from families deemed politically dangerous to the
regime of General Franco, which began in 1939. The system continued after the
dictator’s death in 1975 as the Catholic church continued to retain a powerful
influence on public life, particularly in social services.
It was not until 1987 that the Spanish government, instead
of hospitals, began to regulate adoptions.
The scandal came to light after two men, Antonio Barroso
and Juan Luis Moreno, discovered they had been stolen as babies.
Mr Moreno’s ‘father’ confessed on his deathbed to having
bought him as a baby from a priest in Zaragoza in northern Spain. He told his
son he had been accompanied on the trip by Mr Barroso’s parents, who bought
Antonio at the same time for 200,000 pesetas – a huge sum at the time.

DNA tests have proved that the couple who brought up Mr
Barroso were not his biological parents and the nun who sold him has admitted
to doing so.
When the pair made their case public, it prompted mothers
all over the country to come forward with their own experiences of being told
their babies had died, but never believing it. One such woman was Manoli
Pagador, who has begun searching for her son.
A BBC documentary, This World: Spain’s Stolen Babies,
follows her efforts to discover if he is Randy Ryder, a stolen baby who was brought
up in Texas and is now aged 40.
In some cases, babies’ graves have been exhumed, revealing
bones that belong to adults or animals. Some of the graves contained nothing at
all.
The BBC documentary features an interview with an
89-year-old woman named Ines Perez, who admitted that a priest encouraged her
to fake a pregnancy so she could be given a baby girl due to be born at
Madrid’s San Ramon clinic in 1969. ‘The priest gave me padding to wear on my
stomach,’ she says.
Many mothers who gave birth there claim that when they
asked to see their child after being told it had died, they were shown a baby’s
corpse that appeared to be freezing cold.
The BBC program shows photographs taken in the Eighties of

Despite hundreds of families of babies who disappeared in
Spanish hospitals calling on the government to open an investigation into the
scandal, no nationally co-ordinated probe has taken place.
As a result of amnesty laws passed after Franco’s death,
crimes that took place during his regime are usually not examined. Instead,
regional prosecutors across the country are investigating each story on a
case-by-case basis, with 900 currently under review.
But Ms Adler says: ‘There is very little political will
to get to the bottom of the situation.’
There are believed to be thousands more cases that will
never come to light because the stolen children fear their adoptive parents
will be seen as criminals.
